Employers, agencies or persons seeking verification of documents (for example, Academic Transcripts or degree certificates) should submit a written request email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to Academic Records, accompanied by a copy of the document that needs verifying. Academic Records will then verify the authenticity of the document(s). Information cannot be provided over the phone.

Completing this form will show you the information printed on the certificate by the time it was issued.
